Job Description
You will work directly on our Tech Team and collaborate with our Services teams to design, document, and support technical implementations across the HubSpot platform and connected systems. This is a client-facing role focused on pre-build planning, solution design, technical documentation, and ensuring feasibility for custom development projects. To be successful in this role, you’ll need a strong technical foundation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience building and planning HubSpot-centric solutions. If you're a systems thinker who loves diving into APIs, building architecture diagrams, and owning documentation from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you.
A Normal Day in This Role: Attend client discovery calls and lead technical scoping conversations. Assess technical feasibility of requested solutions and identify edge cases.
