Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of technical and management proposal content supporting DHA, VA, and other federal healthcare opportunities.
- Develop technical approaches, management and staffing plans, executive summaries, and mission-aligned past performance narratives.
- Partner with Business Development and Capture teams to design customer-centric solutions aligned with DHA operational priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, or related discipline.
- 10+ years experience in IT, systems engineering, software development, or enterprise technology.
- 5+ years experience in federal proposal development and technical solutioning.
Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Shipley-based capture and proposal methodologies.
- Experience supporting Agile and SAFe software delivery environments.
- Prior experience supporting DHA, VA, or other federal healthcare agencies.
