Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will become an expert in Enova's small business lending brands through a 4-week training program. You will be responsible for providing superior customer service and a positive experience to our customers. You will respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service. You will manage and respond to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services. You will deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience. You will also uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication and keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information.
