Financial Aid Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Meet with students and prospective students to provide information regarding costs of attendance, available financial aid options, and student loan counseling.
• Review documentation, forms and other information provided by students to ensure accuracy and completeness, update electronic student file appropriately based on information received, and scan documents into Image Now.
• Review student records to ensure any discrepant or conflicting information is appropriately resolved.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a customer service provider in a professional environment.
• Ability to demonstrate the highest levels of integrity and professional ethics in all aspects of the job function.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills through active listening and delivery of information clearly and effectively.
