Crossfunctional Collaboration: You'll be a core member of the Integrity Team, working closely with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Support, and Human Data teams. This role involves daily communication to solve complex problems and improve the platform.
Operational Duties: You will lead deep-dive investigations by reviewing researcher data quality reports and cross-referencing participant data to validate fraud claims. You will act as second-line expert support for the Support team, handling edge cases, ban appeals, and situations requiring human judgment. You'll also conduct Sonar audits to generate key fraud prevalence metrics and audit ban decisions for fairness.
Strategic Contribution: You will provide manual reviews of high-risk participants to create 'golden sets' of data for improving machine learning fraud models. You will be responsible for writing, refining, and documenting internal policies and standard operating procedures based on encountered edge cases and new fraud vectors. You'll advise product teams on potential fraud loopholes to balance security with a seamless user experience.
