Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team either virtually or in our office. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks and provide exceptional support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with meeting and event planning
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, copying, and data entry
Qualifications include proven experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
