Coordinator Health & Safety

Your Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Health & Safety Manager and external partners to develop and implement safety standards across our growing hotel portfolio.
• Conduct risk assessments, coordinate training, and update safety documentation and emergency plans.
• Analyze accident reports and support the planning of hotel openings and evacuation drills.

Your Profile:

• You have initial professional experience in occupational safety and/or fire safety, and know the relevant regulations like the back of your hand.
• You are an organizational talent with a structured approach and willingness to continuously learn.
• You communicate fluently in German and English and have a professional demeanor with integrity.
