Your Role:
- Manage operational processing of fines, missing documents, and OEM recalls.
- Serve as key interface between fleet team, customers, and authorities.
Your Mission:
- Efficiently process and assign incoming cases in the system.
- Independently evaluate authority requests and prioritize by deadline.
- Handle customer complaints and queries about traffic violations.
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training with focus on automotive or office management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent German (C1-C2) and good English (B1-B2).
