Role Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming questions from potential and existing customers via live chat, email, and occasionally phone.
  • Ensure brokers and policyholders receive needed support by working closely with Coalition's sales, security, insurance, and claims teams.
  • Educate customers about Coalition's products, including our online broker platform and cybersecurity platform.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in insurance customer support, customer service, customer success, brokering, underwriting, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record in the German or broader European commercial insurance industry (especially DACH region).
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
