About the Role:
- You will join the Employee Lifecycle team to manage health and safety programs for Remote Spain and globally.
- You will identify and manage vendor partnerships to deliver occupational risk prevention services.
- You will roll out policies, processes, and training related to health and safety events.
What You Bring:
- You hold a Técnico/a Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales qualification in Occupational Safety and Ergonomics.
- You have experience scouting and managing vendors for HR services and strong analytical skills.
- You are a team player with a growth mindset and fluent in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activities for protection against occupational risks for Remote Spain.
- Collaborate with legal and people teams to draft global health and safety policies.
- Manage vendor quotations, negotiations, and performance assessments.
