Regional Health and Safety Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Reporting: Report to the Global Health and Safety Manager and ensure regional compliance with global policies.
• Policy Development: Develop and standardize H&S policies across APJ locations, ensuring local and national regulatory compliance.
• Risk Assessments: Conduct regular risk assessments at all Twilio locations and off-site events, identifying hazards and mitigation strategies.

Training and Incident Management:

• Training Programs: Design and deliver H&S training tailored to site needs, organizing regional safety workshops.
• Incident Investigation: Coordinate investigations across APJ, analyze trends, and share root cause analysis with the GHS Manager.
• Audit and Compliance: Perform audits, track corrective actions, and ensure compliance across all regional locations.

Regional Operations and Continuous Improvement:

• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and test emergency response plans, coordinating drills for all sites.
• Data and Reporting: Collect and report H&S metrics, presenting regional performance to the GHS Manager.
• Resource Management: Oversee PPE allocation, signage, and regional budgets with continuous improvement initiatives.
