Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to build institutional customer pipelines and drive revenue growth.

- Implement audience segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure seamless lead handoff and high-impact follow-up processes.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to forecast, track, and improve pipeline contribution and conversion rates.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to translate GTM messaging into audience-specific campaign content.
Team and Innovation:
- Lead a team of marketing managers to accelerate demand generation capabilities and build sophisticated B2B campaigns.
- Embed testing, automation, and intent-based targeting like ABM into campaign frameworks.
- Drive continuous innovation by staying current on digital trends to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
