About the role:
- We're building the data backbone for multifamily real estate: a cloud-native data platform purpose-built for AI.
- You'll own the data offerings on top of it — the products customers will buy, adopt, and run their business on.
- This is a builder's role, taking offerings from zero to one and scaling what works.
What you'll own:
- Set the vision and strategy for multifamily data solutions and turn it into a roadmap that balances near-term wins with durable investment.
- Lead 0-to-1 builds, validating them with customers and hardening them into scalable, reliable products.
- Build and grow a high-performing team, and own go-to-market with sales, marketing, and customer success.
What we're looking for:
- AI-first operator who fundamentally changed how they work using AI, and pushes their team to do the same.
- Proven people leader who has built and developed product teams, managing PMs and ideally managers.
- Deeply technical, clear communicator who understands data architecture, pipelines, and agentic AI systems.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in product management, with 4+ years leading and managing product teams.
- Experience in multifamily industry or closely adjacent real estate/proptech, with understanding of its data.
- Hands-on familiarity with cloud-native data platforms, ideally GCP (BigQuery).
