Job Description
Assist with driving customer participation in programs that incentivize the adoption of distributed and community solar and play a role in helping the team make a decarbonized grid a reality. The role will report to the Director of the Consumer Protection team and will support work as the Program Administrator for Illinois Shines. The role involves investigating Program violations, making recommendations for disciplinary action, drafting letters, identifying trends in consumer complaints, supervising staff, and maintaining client relationships. Additional responsibilities include organizing meetings, managing project execution, tracking progress, and participating in cross-department meetings. Minimum qualifications include a bachelorβs degree with 8 years or a Juris Doctorate with 5 years of relevant experience, supervisory experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
