Job Description
The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role designed for a duration of 24 months or more. In this position, the CTA will collaborate with the Ft Wayne team to acquire comprehensive knowledge of all facets of Intuitive's business, encompassing technical, clinical, and sales aspects. Key responsibilities include assisting sales representatives with surgeon trainings, supporting hospital robotic development initiatives, and contributing to overall territory management. The CTA will also provide guidance on technical matters through in-services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons. A significant aspect of the role involves promoting the benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users, with the aim of contributing to the team's overall quotas. The CTA will gain practical experience in goal setting, strategic mapping, and attainment, which will serve as preparation for a quota-bearing role to follow the CTA position. Administrative tasks will be a part of the responsibilities, including reporting sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.
