Software Engineer II - Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM)

About the role:

• This is a hands-on engineering role at the intersection of identity security and distributed systems.
• You will write code, build and scale backend services, and contribute to technical designs.
• You will work across backend services and data infrastructure for posture scoring and risk remediation.

What you'll do:

• Take well-defined problems and deliver backend solutions end-to-end, from data modeling to APIs.
• Construct and scale high-performance backend services using Go, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product management to align on feature scope and deliver milestones.

Must have qualifications:

• 4+ years of software development experience with 2 years in production-grade backend services.
• Extensive backend production experience with Go, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
• Good system design skills and ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
