About the Role:
- You will build and scale secure, high-performance systems for identity verification and account protection.
- Take ownership of backend services, APIs, databases, and authentication workflows.
- Work within a remote-first engineering team and influence technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Own database architecture, schema design, and query optimization.
- Build secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in production backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Go, Python, or Java.
- Expertise with PostgreSQL and AWS.
