Play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial activities, while collaborating with colleagues and partners around the world. Specifically, the Coordinator will prepare quotes and provide support to account managers. They will also participate in the renewal process of technical support contracts and respond to internal and external customer requests by email and phone. The role involves analyzing customer requests to ensure compliance and efficient processing, as well as processing evaluation requests and issuing software licenses.
Furthermore, the Coordinator will coordinate the assignment of application specialists to sales activities, update and maintain data in the CRM system, and support the global network in deploying their enterprise solution.
