Accountabilities:
- Lead execution of overall project work plans and drive achievement of strategic, technical, operational, and programmatic results.
- Provide managerial oversight across project activities, ensuring high standards and compliance with donor requirements.
- Direct project closeout activities and oversee transition of activities to other mechanisms.
Requirements:
- Typically 15+ years of relevant experience with 10 years in strategic leadership.
- At least 5 years as Chief of Party or equivalent on U.S. government-funded global health projects.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline and strong knowledge of U.S. government rules.
Benefits:
- Salary USD $165,000–$185,000 annually with 7% pension contribution.
- 18 days paid vacation, 12 sick days, and 11 paid holidays per year.
- Remote flexibility within the United States with 10-25% travel.
