Responsibilities:
- Lead overall performance of complex technology programs including technical delivery, financial performance, and coordination across workstreams.
- Serve as primary decision maker and strategic advisor to clients, managing relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Oversee people management, including hiring, performance, and professional development, while fostering a collaborative culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience, including 5+ years in technology service delivery leadership and Agile environments.
- Demonstrated experience with Federal contract execution and government technology services, and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, conflict resolution, and team leadership.
