Staff Product Manager | Eligibility

We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to our CIA Focus Area, Eligibility team in Brazil! Eligibility management is one of the most critical features we have in our product. It refers to how our corporate clients manage eligible employees to use Wellhub as their corporate benefit. The teams working with eligibility currently have 2 main challenges: make sure we transform a complex product into a smooth experience for our clients, and make our eligible employee database as healthy as possible. The Staff Product Manager will drive the transformation of eligibility management processes into intuitive experiences for clients, enhancing the eligible employee database, balancing operational demands with product strategy, developing strategies to strengthen client relationships, and maintaining product documentation. The role requires expertise in product management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
