Supply chain system:

• Create a robust & resilient end-to-end supply chain system.
• Select new suppliers, negotiating contracts, and building & maintaining vendor relationships.
• Skilled in vendor management and contract negotiation.

KPI development:

• Ensure all ecommerce processes comply with all necessary laws and regulations.
• Lead KPI development for all ecommerce operational metrics.
• Use analytics to drive continuous improvement of operational processes and customer experience.
