Job Description
The Finance and Administration Executive will perform accurate data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions. They will process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with meticulous attention to detail, reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts, and assist with monthly financial reporting and closing procedures. The role also requires maintaining accurate customer billing records and resolving billing discrepancies. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, managing filing systems for financial documents and contracts, and assisting with regulatory compliance documentation and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capability to work independently are essential.
