Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 6-8 engineers across the SSH client, web application, and backend services.
- Own technical architecture for the full stack, including frontend, backend, and API contracts.
- Drive engineering process and partner with product to sequence work and manage tech debt.
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of engineering experience with time as a senior engineer or tech lead.
- 1-5+ years managing engineers directly, including hiring and performance management.
- Strong full-stack depth and familiarity with terminal/CLI clients, and a track record of building process from scratch.
