Engineering Manager, Shared Services

The Role:

• Lead a team building shared capabilities including authentication, authorization, notifications, AI services, email infrastructure, and tokenization.
• Define the long-term vision for shared services and drive adoption across multiple engineering teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years building production-grade software systems at scale and 3+ years managing engineering teams.
• Strong systems design expertise with experience in platform or developer experience teams.
