Responsibilities:
- Supports the compliance function by developing and executing high level strategic business objectives.
- Develops clear, qualitative and/or quantitative analyses in support of Corporate Compliance programs and initiatives.
- Supports monitoring of key Compliance risk areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
- Minimum 8 years of business experience required with 6 years healthcare compliance.
- Advanced data analysis, data mining, and medical coding experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High level of working knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws and regulations.
- Critical thinking with excellent research and analytical skills.
- Clear, concise technical writing and presentation skills.
