Product Manager – Post Sales Operations

Your Impact:

• Be the key driver behind technology that empowers Sales and Post-Sales agents, building tools to simplify their work and improve traveler experience.
• Focus on leading a zero-to-one transformation initiative to build a brand-new, AI-ready Backoffice and CRM from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery activities to define the "as-is" vs "to-be" operational model and challenge legacy processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve agent productivity and build smarter workflows.
• Define and execute a clear, value-driven roadmap for post-sales tools, adapting priorities based on business needs.

Collaboration & Environment:

• Work closely with engineering, operations, and customer service teams in an inclusive, international environment with colleagues from over 48 nationalities.
• Enjoy a shorter working week (36 hours) with a half day on Fridays and flexible start/end times.
