Position Responsibilities:
- Comply fully with Capital Rx’s policies and procedures for proposal development.
- Within 9-12 months following hire date, demonstrate mastery of Capital Rx’s products, services, and financial model.
- Support the management of the RFP response database.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications.
- Proven proposal writing, project management, or benefits consulting experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and best practices.
