Job Description

This position is filled in the Tolling Services team of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary, developing and supporting intelligent electronic tolling solutions with partners for international customers. The aim is to further develop currently available services, extend it to further domains and become the market leader and most innovative player in European toll business. You will join an international team supporting customers by providing various components of our tolling solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to team growth and efficiency as a First-Line Agent.
