We're looking for a Key Account Manager. In this role, you'll serve as a reliable point of contact, helping guide clients and ensure smooth, effective collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive about learning, and able to adapt quickly to unexpected situations. You should be comfortable navigating a wide range of interactions and able to build trust through clear, empathetic communication. Responsibilities include acting as a company representative, guiding customers through business verification, preparing offers, and supporting product enhancements while maintaining CRM and collecting KYC profiles. Duties also involve creating tasks in Jira to solve client's issues, connecting customers with relevant teams, and raising customer satisfaction with a personalized approach by preparing analytic reports on a monthly basis.
