Staff Product Designer on AI

As a Staff Product Designer on AI, you’ll operate as a strategic leader and expert practitioner, shaping the future of our AI product experiences. You’ll define and champion UX vision and strategy for your area of ownership, partnering closely with product and engineering leaders to set direction that balances customer needs, market trends, and business goals. In this role, you’ll tackle complex, ambiguous problems, leading by example in framing challenges, setting priorities, and using evidence-based insights to drive design decisions. You’ll mentor and coach other designers, elevate our team’s craft, and influence the roadmap at the highest levels of the organization.
