Product Manager

Product vision and strategy:

• Own and communicate a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Translate customer, user, commercial and technical insight into prioritised product outcomes.
• Define clear product principles and guardrails to support consistent decision-making.

Customer and market understanding:

• Develop a strong understanding of our customers, users, prospects & operational environments.
• Work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand underlying problems.
• Identify recurring customer needs that could become reusable core product capability.

Prioritisation and roadmap management:

• Maintain an outcome-focused roadmap that provides clarity without constraining delivery teams.
• Ensure the roadmap balances customer commitments, future opportunities, security, and technical debt.
• Prioritise investment based on customer value, strategic alignment, commercial opportunity, and risk.
