Job Description

This is a 10-hour/week contractor role. The Payroll Accounting Manager will develop and implement standard Payroll procedures and will serve as the subject matter expert and internal escalation point for all Payroll related matters and ensure compliance in all areas of payroll. Key responsibilities include accurate and timely payrolls for all countries, design and implementation of payroll tax strategy, establishing quality assurance systems, resolving payroll discrepancies, and maintaining payroll records. The role also involves support for tax audits, research on tax codes, and maintaining collaborative relationships with in-house counsel. The candidate will manage relationships with internal clients and vendors, and work across organizational functions to implement payroll solutions. Requires comprehensive payroll knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to analyze information and implement solutions.
