Why This Role Exists:

  • Bridges the gap between building AI products for physics and ensuring researchers can use them effectively for scientific progress.
  • Activates and supports users across the full lifecycle from curiosity to long-term adoption, directly shaping engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and improve scalable onboarding flows, user journeys, and lightweight systems like guides and automations.
  • Act as a technical point of contact, helping users graduate from freemium to higher-tier usage and interpreting complex results.
  • Partner closely with research and engineering teams to align system development with real, evolving user needs.

Who You Are:

  • Possess a strong background in physics, with a PhD or equivalent deep experience, and comfort with hands-on technical systems.
  • Are systems-oriented, passionate about research, and able to translate complex concepts into clear guidance for users at scale.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and early-stage environments, motivated by impact and helping others derive value from complex systems.

FirstPrinciples
