Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports QVC, HSN, and CBI with the recruiting, interviewing and hiring processes for high-volume and full lift cycle support roles within the contact center operation. This role is remote and will report to the CS&E Operations Manager. Candidates will screen and fill open positions using TA technologies and online recruiting resources. Will manage candidate and hiring manager communications to guarantee a quality experience and updates. Develop and implement recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.
