Job Description
The Salesforce Enterprise Architect will define the Salesforce platform architecture roadmap aligned with public sector modernization goals. They will drive the multi-cloud strategy using Salesforce products, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and governance frameworks. The role involves designing and implementing solutions using Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) for domains like Case and Program Management, Permitting & Licensing, Benefits & Grants Administration, and Citizen Engagement & Portals, while building compliant solutions within FedRAMP or other relevant frameworks. Additionally, they will define and implement integration architecture across legacy systems using MuleSoft, develop robust data models, and lead efforts around Master Data Management (MDM) and Salesforce-native analytics.
