EPD Operations Manager

As an EPD Ops Program Manager, you’ll play a critical role in helping Vanta scale how we plan, build, and deliver products. You’ll drive fast-turn projects, maintain key reporting, and fix high-friction processes that slow down execution. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to keep our operations running smoothly — enabling teams to move faster with better visibility and less overhead. Your work will help Vanta ship smarter, more predictably, and with greater impact. The role involves owning and delivering recurring EPD reporting, leading short-cycle operational projects, supporting and improving tooling workflows, and identifying and fixing broken sub-processes. Success in this role requires experience in product management, program management, product or business operations, competence in bringing AI and low-code/no-code automations to life, and the ability to operate at multiple altitudes.
