Job Description
You will work with the core of our main AI products: the Mapper and Miner. This role is both strategic and hands-on, and will have you working across teams. You’ll be the voice of the user, driving the strategy and roadmap to enhance and expand our platform. You will have two goals: to improve our internal annotation tools, to reduce the amount of manual work that goes into labelling data and make them fully autonomous, and to help tailor the outputs of our products to the client's needs.
Responsibilities include owning the strategy and roadmap for the platform, driving improvements to existing features, researching customer pain points, engaging in technical discussions with engineering teams, and partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and leadership.
