People Business Partner – Production Center (f/m/x)

We are looking for a People Business Partner to join our People Business Partnership Team and to be responsible for the implementation of our HR strategy. Together with the management, you will manage strategic projects and support the managers through training and targeted coaching. Shape our organizational culture, increase the effectiveness of our AUTO1 Group Business Units. You'll advise your stakeholders on all hierarchy levels on HR-related issues and support them in building high-performance teams, - you are the first point of contact of the department. Build a very close and trusting relationship with the managers in our centers in order to advance topics such as organizational structure, leadership training, performance management and employee satisfaction. Manage your daily tasks such as structural changes, salary benchmarking, feedback and salary increase cycles and work on department-specific projects that you define according to the HR strategy. Bring our HR processes to the next level and build up HR guidelines for your Production Center.
