Product Compliance & Risk Manager

As Product Compliance & Risk Manager, you’ll be embedded with Paddle’s Product and Commercial teams, acting as a trusted partner on product design, seller flows, and compliance requirements. You’ll ensure Paddle’s products and commercial propositions are compliant by design, translating regulations and scheme rules into clear business requirements and ensure risks are identified and managed in an appropriate manner. You will also take ownership of remediation of known compliance issues, building policies, guidance, and seller communications that create consistency and reduce risk and be responsible for embedding risk management practices. This role reports to the Compliance & Risk Lead and sits within the Legal & Compliance team, partnering closely with Legal, Sales, Operations, and Product.
