Job Description
Trissential is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our client’s Image Management Systems unit, focusing on healthcare IT. In this role, you will triage and resolve incoming ServiceNow tickets related to supported applications, evaluate alternative technical approaches, and maintain multiple complex software applications across client sites.
You will also produce and maintain system documentation, collaborate virtually with colleagues, interface with vendor support teams, and provide technical leadership to client departments and vendors. The role may require providing 24/7 on-call support including system requirements, designs, and resource inventories.
To succeed, you should have proven experience in systems analysis, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Healthcare IT experience is highly desired, and bonus points will be awarded for experience supporting applications within a healthcare environment as well as project management experience.
