Junior Customer Success Manager

You’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their journey with Eye Security as a Junior Customer Success Manager. You’ll be the friendly face and trusted partner ensuring our customers get the maximum value from our cybersecurity solutions. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building relationships, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a mission that protects businesses across Europe.

In this role, you will build great relationships with a diverse range of customers, ensuring they get the most out of our products and services and guide them through every stage of their journey. You will also spot new ways to improve the customer experience and help them succeed. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to create seamless and positive experiences for our customers is also important.
