Job Description
Close is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join their small Product Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing team. This team bridges the gap from the features they build and how they’re positioned, messaged and marketed to customers, by understanding their audience and thinking through the lens of what they value. The team sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales and Success to shape product direction and translating it into compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies.
As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager at Close, you’ll report to the Head of Product Marketing. You’ll help shape the roadmaps, make strategic positioning decisions, and own how they bring new features and narratives to market by partnering with the Product Management team to align the marketing strategy with the roadmap. To succeed, you'll need to have experience in Product Marketing (specifically within B2B SaaS), communicate clearly both internally and externally, think and act strategically, and be empathetic to customer needs.
