Own the overall business performance of the social club portfolio, including revenue growth, margin optimization, EBITDA performance, and long-term financial sustainability.
Partner in the development, execution, and ongoing refinement of annual and multi-year business plans aligned with enterprise objectives.
Establish operating plans, performance targets, and KPIs that drive accountability and measurable outcomes across all social club locations.

Qualifications:

8–14+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, private clubs, social clubs, sports & entertainment, or multi-unit service operations.
Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed teams with full P&L responsibility.
Proven ability to drive financial performance, operational excellence, and elevated member experiences simultaneously.
