Senior Manager, Enablement Analytics and Insights

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join the Enablement Analytics and Insights team. This leader will be a critical business partner and oversee a team that drives data-driven enablement strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and sales enablement. Hire, lead, and coach a dynamic, diverse, world-class team of analytics and insights professionals. Use problem-solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems, conduct data-driven analysis, extrapolate key insights, and deliver executive-ready recommendations. Create a vision for how the team can bring data-driven enablement programs to life to achieve business goals. Identify gaps that centralized programs are not solving for and lead the team in building programs to close these gaps. Act as the voice of Enablement Analytics and Insights on the leadership team. Work closely with senior stakeholders, building a deep understanding of the business needs to inform data driven enablement recommendations. Ensure effective change management and communication strategies are established across programs to ensure buy-in and clearly define how we'll drive accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, such as Central Operations and Sales Operations, to develop and deliver high-impact and best-in-class insights products. Effectively communicate the Enablement Analytics and Insights priorities and be an influential change champion.
