Build and maintain quality dashboards covering throughput, accuracy, and performance trends.
Conduct quality sampling and guideline-adherence checks, documenting defects and monitoring corrective actions.
Coordinate training sessions and collaborate with Project Managers and Operations teams to align reporting.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in Linguistics or related discipline with 3-7 years of experience in quality coordination or data analysis.
Strong organizational, communication, and spreadsheet skills; familiarity with BI tools is advantageous.
Ability to work independently on routine activities and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
