Partner Engagement Specialist (6 months contract)

Role Overview:

• The Partner Engagement Specialist is responsible for measuring, monitoring, and optimizing supplier performance across languages.
• This role liaises with Program Squads and Talent Procurement to ensure capacity and quality targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make data-driven supplier selections based on quality, capacity, language strategy, and client needs.
• Manage supplier onboarding, utilization, and performance, initiating quality improvement plans when required.
• Handle hardware asset management, compliance incidents, and audit-readiness for ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

Requirements:

• Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, with knowledge of the language services industry.
• Strong data literacy, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
