English to Bosnian (Cyrillic) Review Lead for UI, Marketing & Product Content

Role Overview:

• Take ownership of linguistic quality for a major global technology client, ensuring consistent, accurate, and culturally appropriate content across multiple digital channels.
• Serve as the primary linguistic expert for your locale, translating client expectations into clear quality standards for reviewers and post-editors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse style guides, track client feedback, and manage escalations as the primary point of contact.
• Organise regular calibration roundtables and prepare structured monthly quality reports.
• Coach reviewers individually and monitor quality scores to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance or senior language leadership roles.
• Native-level proficiency in Bosnian (Cyrillic) and professional-level English.
• Experience with RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and stakeholder management.
