- Build and maintain quality dashboards and perform sampling and guideline-adherence checks.
- Coordinate training sessions and manage SOPs and version control.
Additional Job Details:
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-7 years of experience in operations/quality coordination or data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and clear communication with teams and vendors.
