VP, Product Delivery & Growth - AI

About the Role:

• Lead the go-to-market strategy and growth for the Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio.
• Drive commercial model development, including pricing and packaging for new AI capabilities.
• Shape product roadmap with inbound leaders, translating market signals into investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy from launch through scale.
• Define growth thesis, set targets, and drive cross-functional accountability.
• Build executive relationships and lead beta programs with strategic accounts.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and grow the Outbound Product Management function, including leaders of teams.
• Hire, coach, and develop talent, establishing operating cadence and standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Portfolio & Market Insights:

• Define and track portfolio KPIs, customer engagement, and go-to-market performance.
• Lead competitive analysis and customer research to inform strategy.
• Partner with legal and compliance to support responsible AI deployment.
